1.1. Workshops are non-refundable unless we can fill your space. You will not be entitled to a refund nor will we offer a transfer of your booking or provide a credit note unless the space is filled.
1.2. Friends and family may attend in your place for any course providing we have been given 24hrs notice before the course commences. Please provide us with the names and contact details of anyone attending in your place.
1.3. Courses bought as gifts are subject to the same cancellation policy.
1.4. All our Courses have a minimum attendance level and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.
1.5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops at any time.
2. The Course
2.1. Your place on the course is not confirmed and we have no obligation to you until full payment is received.
2.2. Most course fees do not include the cost of materials. If the fee does include all or some materials it will be stated on our website under workshop description. The list of materials that you need to bring with you will also be found there.
2.3. You must attend on a punctual basis unless prevented by events which are beyond your reasonable control. We are unable to delay start times for late arrivals, course begin at the time stated.
2.4. We do not accept Adult Workshop bookings from anyone under 18 years of age unless otherwise stated. We are able to make exceptions in some circumstances so do get in touch.
2.5. We are entitled to change the timing and/or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time.
2.6. We do not allow food and drink into the space from other cafés. You may pre-order from our Café, bring a packed lunch or go out.
3. Your Conduct
3.1. Disruptive behaviour: Abusive or inappropriate behaviour or language, threatening or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other students will result in you being removed from the workshop. Your payment will not be reimbursed in this event.
4. How we use your data
4.1. No credit or debit card information will be held by the School.
4.2. We will not sell your data to any third parties.

5. Waiting Lists
5.1. When a course fully-books customer requests are added to a waiting list in chronological order.
5.2. Cancellation spaces are then offered to the waiting list in chronological order via telephone, or an email with a booking link to the ticket – reserved in their name.
5.3. Tickets reserved for waiting list customers must be booked within designated time – usually 12pm next day/24hrs. – If a reserved ticket is not booked within this time it will be offered to the next on the list.
5.4. We are unable to hold tickets for waiting list customers indefinitely. Please call within the designated time if you have been offered a cancellation space but are unable to book for technical or other reasons. 01872 240567.
