Jonathan will use Derwent coloured pencils to show his process of creating highly detailed drawings that capture the beauty and spirit of wildlife. He will draw fur, eyes, noses, ears, and demonstrate other techniques such as layering, blending, texturing and colour mixing. This is an ideal introduction for those who would like to learn more about the varied skills and techniques associated with Derwent coloured pencils. By the end of the demo you will have picked up some tips and tricks that will aid your own creative practice at home. There will also be an opportunity to ask Jonathan questions about his work, the techniques he uses and ask advice on Derwent pencils.
